METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY ELECTRONIC BOARD BY USING RECYCLED PLASTIC WASTES

In a method for manufacturing an environmentally-friendly electronic board by using recycled wastes, mainly, plastic bottles, products or materials made from recycled polyethylene (PE), waste polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or other mixture materials are crushed, and recycled waste rice husks are crushed; then, the crushed plastic bottles, products or materials made from the recycled PE, waste PP, PET or other mixture materials and the crushed recycled waste rice husks are heated, melted, kneaded and mixed according to a proportion by weight; then, semi-finished products formed after kneading and melting are coarsely or finely crushed to form plastic particles; and finally, the plastic particles are melted by using an injection molding machine, a squeeze molding machine or an extrusion molding machine, and are injected into a mold and are subjected to pressing or extrusion, so as to form an electronic board.
