In this report, Section I contains a brief summary of the process that was followed in translating the user requirements for weather Information Into detailed conclusions as to what the aviation weather services should be required to do, which are set forth in Section 2. Following this, Section 3 contains suggestions for action in certain areas that could lead to a marked improvement of the performance of the Aviation Weather System within the framework of the existing programs.
