The report presents a critical compilation of atomic energy levels prepared at the National Bureau of Standards from the analyses of optical spectra. Included is data on the spectra of hydrogen, deuterium, tritium, helium, lithium, beryllium, boron, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, fluorine, neon, sodium, magnesium, aluminum, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, argon, potassium, calcium, scandium, tatanium, and vanadium(1H to 23V).
