Study To Determine The Extent of Social Support and Burnout Among Nurses at Womack Army Community Hospital

This study was done on behalf of the hospital commander to find out why the nursing staff within Womack Army Community Hospital seemed to be suffering a state of physical, emotion and mental exhaustion or better known as worker burnout. The author concludes at the end of his study that the nurses at Womack were suffering worker burnout in the low to moderate range and makes solid suggestions to improve the working environment within Womack.
