摘要

We propose a generalized spectral conductivity model forcombined delocalized and localized it-states of low-dimensional carbon to explain their temperature dependentconductivity and its crossover. This model also interprets theorigin of weakly localized coherent transport in carbon super-structures such as nano-crystalline diamond and 2D carbonfilms. From the enhanced phase coherence length the uniquemicrostructure of these films is revealed. The Correspondingelectron's dephasing time also shows their potential for fastelectronic device applications.
