What is the impact of specific counselling on decision-making for women of reproductive age affected by cancer?The specific 'cancer and fertility' counselling set up at CHUV offers support for young women or couples confronted with stressful cancer and fertility issues.Women of childbearing age diagnosed with cancer are faced with many sources of stress. Our specific counselling, the resource counselling, appears to be a particularly appropriate tool for patients abruptly confronted with difficult decision-making situations under time constraints.
