Optical properties of ytterbium bis-phthalocyanine solution

We describe the optical properties of ytterbium bis-phthalocyanine (YbPc_2) dissolved in chloroform. A six-energy-level diagram is proposed to establish the population dynamics when laser pulses at 532nm are employed.
