Awareness Programme(June 2003)

An Awareness Programme on Standardization,Product Certification and Quality Systems was organized at Hyderabad by Bureau of Indian Standards in collaboration with the Federation of AP Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 19 April 2003.Several members of Chamber from local industries attended this programme.Shri G.M.Ambhore,Director,Small Industries Service Institute,Hyderabed presided over this function.In his address to the participants,Shri Ambhore stated that Standards have definite role in improving the quality of products and services generated by our industry and trade.
