Report on Cashew Day Celebration at Cashew Research Station, Madakkathara

The Cashew Research Station, Madakkathara, under Kerala Agricultural University (KAU) at Thrissur has started the production of three delicious products on a commercial scale from the now wasted cashew apple. The commercial launching of the new products as well as their first sale was done on 23rd February 2008 during the inaugural session of the "Cashew day" celebrations conducted at Madakkathara, with the financial support of DCCD, Kochi.
