Advantageous in sensitivity, accuracy, easy operability and online monitoring, biosensor is a new kind of analytical tool which is widely applied. In sports science, biosensor can be used for timely monitoring during sports training; furthermore, it will be adopted as an important technique for physical education and sports scientific research. In this study, starting with gene doping, nano biosensor and microfluidic chip were combined to achieve rapid, sensitive and low-consumption detection of specific genes. On the one hand, graphene oxide based nano biosensor takes the advantage of identifying DNA single-double chains effectively so as to detect specific genes; on the other hand, functions of nano biosensor can be realized with the aid of microfluidic chip so as to achieve rapid detection of target genes. In this study, the nano biosensor-microfluidic chip could be used to detect sensor signals, which reduced the cost and operation threshold.
