摘要

The use of inorganic halides of various classes in the "element(s)-sodium azide" system for obtaining nitrides and "nitride-nitride" compositions and the "element(s)-carbon-sodium nitride" system for obtaining carbonitrides and "nitride-carbide" compositions was studied. It was established that the addition of halides to the initial mixture makes it possible to obtain the desired refractory powders with a higher degree of purity and specific surface, most of which are characterized by a fibrous structure.
