摘要

The influence of nanocrystalline additive agents (ZrO_2, Al_2O_3, W, WC, WC-Co, NbC, Si_3N_4) on mass transport of high-temperature self-diffusing synthesis of brand STIM-3B electrode material is studied. The thickness, uniformity, and microhardness of the resulting electric-discharge coatings based on the nickel alloy EK-61, the structure of the coatings, distribution of nanometer-size components in the coating, and wear resistance are investigated. An X-ray phase analysis of the coatings is performed. An optimum treatment mode for the ALIER METAL precision electric-spark alloying instrument is found. It is established that introduction of nanometer-size components into electrode materials tends to increase the thickness, uniformity, hardness, and wear resistance of electric-spark coatings.
