Carbonate-ammonia and, in particular, nitrate-ammonia media prove to be the most preferable solutions. These media make it possible to use the resulting solutions (with content up to 80-85 g/l copper) for producing fresh catalyst, The degree of copper recovery is in the range 92-95 percent.
