摘要

A method of computer analysis of the Al-Fe-Si phase diagram in the region of small concentrations of Fe and Si (<3 percent) is proposed. On the basis of known data, templates are created in the EXCEL program for calculating the mass and volume proportions of phases for given values of the composition of the alloy and annealing temperature. On the basis of the values obtained, polythermal sections are plotted for constant iron and silicon contents, which make it possible to analyze technical aluminum and low-alloy alloys. Examples of a quantitative analysis of the phase composition of semifinished products obtained by rolling from a molten condition and subsequent treatment and of chill castings of Al-Fe-Si alloys are given.
