The present study highlights the changes in grazing activities of calltle and goats in responce to change in herb biomass of the grazingland. The daily foraging hours were positively correlated to herb biomass (P <0.01). The length of daily foraging treck (km/day) was longer for goats (7.6) than for cattle (6.6). Seasonal pattern showed that the length of foraging treck was significantly greater during whter and summer seasons than that during rainy season. Foraging treck was negatively correlated to the amount of herb biomass.
