New methods for more accurate mechanical property determination of glass fiber reinforced polyester composite pipes

摘要

In the article the authors give a new method for the determination of tensile properties of test specimens cut from filament wound composite pipes. An other method for wall thickness determination of filament wound composite pipes with uneven outer surface is also shown. Both methods are important for more accurate evaluation of mechanical test results.
