I took a course in human pathology many years ago at the University of Wisconsin. Like any other graduate student, I had to do the "skut" work at autopsies for the pathologists. Washing out the intestines and sawing off the skull to take out the brain were at the top of their list. Later, I checked the autopsy report. Written lightly in pencil at the bottom of the page was "GOK." I asked the pathologist what that meant; he gave me a disgusted look and said, "God only knows.
