WYOMING INTERSTATE WINS ONE,LOSES ONE ON FUEL COST TRACKING ADJUSTMENTS CASES

A FERC order issued 3/31/08 passed along revised tariff sheets filed on 9/19/07 by Wyoming Interstate Co.Ltd.(WIC) (RP07-699) to revise its fuel tracking mechanism.The final order acts on a 10/31/07 order accepting and suspending the tariff sheets,to become effective 4/1/08,subject to a technical conference.Based on further review of the filings and comments on the technical conference,the Commission conditionally accepted WIC's tariff sheets,with one exception,effective April 1.
