Mr. Renso Zwiers, President of Fertilizers Europe, the industry body representing fertilizer producers in Europe, recently spoke out on the European Commission Decision on determining transitional union-wide rules for harmonised free allocation of greenhouse gas emissions pursuant to Article 10a of Directive 2003/87/EC.
