First application of urea starts; Further hike in CAN and NPK prices

Firm grain and dairy prices have lifted demand at farm level, and the first application of urea has now started in parts of the country. Stocks of CAN at wholesale level are reported to be at reasonable levels - an assuring situation for these suppliers, given that there are forecasts that CAN prices could reach ?360pt delvd bgd wholesale by March.
