RSBi, a manufacturing plant based in Glasgow, recently seized the initiative by introducing a completely new range of products with the hope of continual success and used a series or focus group methods to gain maximum impact in the market. The company is the largest sheltered workshop in Europe, employing 256 people with varying levels of disability.
