摘要

The subject of the study was the influence of different concentrations of biologically active substances (BAS) - BI (Bezymidazol); A-250 (derivative of the butyric acid, microelements, vitamins); PP - 40 (derivative of the phenoxy acetic acid and thefolic acid); Ryzomil (derivative of the naphtyl acetic acid) and PF - 32 (derivative of the phenoxy acetic acid, vitamins) within nutritive medium in vitro for rooting of Stachys officinalis. In vitro cloned plants were used as initial material. Three ofthe used substances showed very good rooting, and namely these: 0.5 mg/L, BI 82.9±4.6%; 1.0 mg/L A-250 - 80.3±4.6% and 0.5 mg/L PF-32-79.3±7.5%.Along with the successful rooting, the concentrations of the cited substances stimulate the normal growth of the plants, delaysaging, which prolongs the passage and guarantees the successful in vitro adaptation.
