摘要

The main purpose of this study was to examine how women's constructions about sexual pleasure configure high-risk behaviors during sexual encounters. Results emerge from a qualitative study. Using the technique of discourse analysis stemming from a poststructuralist perspective we analyze women's discourses during sexual encounters. Finally, we point out the scope of this work for psychology, some conclusions to be drawn from this research and recommendations for future research and interventions for HIV /AIDS.
