Dititanium-substituted dimeric tungstogermanate K8[{gamma-GeTi2W10O36(OH)2}2(mu-O)2]·32H2O(1)has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy and ~(183)W NMR spectroscopy.Single-crystal X-ray analysis has been carried out on K8[{gamma-GeTi2W10O36(OH)2}2(mu-O)2]·32H2O which polyanion comprises two(gamma-GeTi2W10O36)Keggin moieties linked by oxygen atoms,and leads to a sandwich-type structure with C_(2v)symmetry.
