A novel 3D diorganotin framework,{[(nBu_2Sn)_2(dmsa)]_2 centre dot MeOH}_n (1),has been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,FT-IR,NMR (~1H,~(13)C,~(119)Sn) spectra,TGA and X-ray crystallography.The structure analysis of complex 1 reveals that guest methanol molecules are established in the hydrophobic "pseudo-channels" of this framework.
