摘要

In sustainable quality coffee production, two questions have to be answered primarily such as whether quantity first or quality first?. In all the healthy views, both the parameters are equally crucial and essential. Only quantity however, may not help the growers entirely to achieve their desire of getting more returns in terms of economics and satisfaction every time when quality of their produce in a given field/farm suffers due to handling/management errors.Chiefly, quantity and quality are coequal in significance although these two aspects are not achieved in many of the cases due to several impermeable reasons. Quantity always signifies the measure of how muchness while quality points to the degree of excellence of the product. Thus, the crops raised by the farmers should be the admixture of both quantity and quality to get maximum returns.
