Have you heard of the national food plan? Probably not, because our national food security doesn't figure much in the Gillard government's campaigning. There are those among us who assumed that the two Gillard ministers to be relied on to keep food security before the public gaze would be ministers Ludwig and Burke. How wrong we were.
