'Warrego' — A small OSV with big ideas

Most 24-metre vessels fit squarely in the "boat" category, but Exmouth-based Gun Marine Services' new offshore support vessel (OSV) might be an exception. 'Warrego' has many of the qualities of a ship. Few craft of this size have a deck load capacityof 30 tonnes while semi-planing, coupled with accommodation for 14 passengers plus four crew, impressive redundancy, zero discharge of fluids other than cooling water, and a great deal more besides.
