Qatar to host producer meeting on 17 April

Qatar will host a meeting of oil producing countries in Doha on 17 April to discuss freezing production at January levels. Some 15 Opec and non-Opec countries support the plan, Qatari energy minister Mohammed Saleh al-Sada says.
