USEC fears strike action

Exchanges between the International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) president Harold Daggett and James Capo, chairman and ceo of the United States Maritime Alliance (USMX), have become increasingly rocky. Daggett has accused Capo of 'personal attacks', calling his action as a thinly-veiled attempt to try to turn the ILA wage scale delegates against him. This was in response to Capo's earlier statement which claimed that Daggett was unwilling to negotiate unless management first agreed to his demands.
