MY VIEWCOVID-19 crisis: a turning point for industry

I was asked to write an opinion piece, from the perspective of my role with SAWIA about the direction I would like the industry to head. Ordinarily, that would be relatively straightforward as the challenges are known and, in the main, agreed by industry stakeholders and the future, at least in the short to medium term, is predictable albeit with some risk.
