Standards and literature on wayshowing

This reviewing article focuses on standards and literature that relate to wayshowing, and lists sources previously dealt with by IDJ authors, but without re-reviewing any of them. The article is structured in five topics: 1. "Wayshowing" vs. "Wayfinding" 2. Still valid but not yet reviewed books that have pioneered wayshowing, published more than 10 years ago 3. Reviews of theme specific books that have hit the market in the last ten years 4. Theme specific standards published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and 5. A list of theme related articles and book reviews that have appeared in the IDJ so far.
