摘要

Generation of Stereochemically defined organometallic reagents is imporlant for efficient, Stereoselective synthesis. Here we describe the Stereoselective addition of 2-cyclohexenylzinc species, generated by the Pd°-catalyzed reaction of 2-cyclohex-enyl esters and diethylzinc, to benzaldehyde. We also report the analogous reaction of structurally fiuxional acyclic 1,3-disubsti-tuted allylzinc species generated in a similar way.
