摘要

Catalytic hydroamination is a highly atom-efficient method for the addition of amines to unsaturated carbon-carbon bonds.'11 Its relevance to the synthesis of many nitrogen-containing Pharmaceuticals and other industrially important basic and fine chemicals has led to intensified research efforts over the last decade,and various catalyst systems based on early and late transition metals have been developed.Catalysts based on rare-earth metals have been proven to be particularly active for the hydroamination of nonactivated olefins.However,difficulties in the preparation and handling of organo rare earth metal complexes have prevented their widespread application as hydroamination catalysts in synthetic organic chemistry.
