摘要

Mass Spectrometry has become one of the most important and powerful methods for the rapid identification of proteins in recent post-genome science and technology.In addition to phosphorylation,a variety of post-translational modifications such as sulfation,acylations,methylation,and glycosylations were recently recognized to regulate the structures and functions of proteins.
