摘要

Crystalline,microporous semiconductors are of interest for a variety of potential applications,such as chemical sensors,electro-optics,thermoelectrics,and low-dimensional electronics.Over the past two decades research has been devoted to discovering naturally occurring and synthetic microporous materials with semiconducting properties.Simon et al.,for example,have reported a synthetic cetineite analogue with the composition |K_6(H_2O)_6| [Sb_(12)O_(18)][SbSe_3]_2,- which was described to be the first crystalline,microporous material of this family of materials to feature a photo-semiconducting host structure and a band gap of 2060 me V.
