摘要

Transition-metal-catalyzed multicomponent-assembling reactions are useful methods in organic synthesis.Selective synthesis of cyclic compounds by short routes is an especially important issue.Although numerous examples of transition-metal-catalyzed [2+2+2] cocyclization reactions for the synthesis of benzene derivatives have been reported,few examples of [3+2+2] cocyclization reactions leading to seven-membered rings are available.
