摘要

The advantages of directly forming carbon-carbon (C-C) bonds from carbon-hydrogen (C-H) bonds in organic synthesis have driven the development and application of an expanding body of reactions proceeding through catalytic C- H activation.One reaction that has recently received particular attention is the C2-arylation of azoles (Scheme 1),the products of which are commonly found in a wide array of Pharmaceuticals and materials.
