Gerard Ferey(Universite de Versailles,Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines)receives the Lecture Award of the Chemical Society of Japan(CSJ).He is thus recognized for his contribu tion to the areas of porous inor ganic solids and organic-inorganic hybrid materials.Further focal points of his research are magnetism and fluorine chemistry.
