摘要

Solid- phase synthesis has been demonstrated to he extremely valuable for routine preparations of oligopeptides and olisonucleotides, and is attracting renewed attention in connection with combinatorial chemistry. Recently, the synthesis of oligosac-charides on polymer supports has also attracted interest and several intriguing approaches have been reported. We report here oa a novel strategy tor the synthesis of oligosaccharides on poivmcr supports based on the concept or orthoaonal giycosylation,which enables the ready preparation of oligosaccharide.
