Among the various nanostructures,one-dimensional(ID)single-crystal semiconducting nanostructures are considered to be the most critical building blocks for nanoscale optoelectronics.Silicon,the most important semiconducting material in microelectronics,and its ID nanostructures have attracted attention owing to their potential application in integrated optoelectronic nanodevices.
