摘要

The purpose of the present study was to interpret the genetic analysis of twelve isoenzymatic systems in 107 rubber tree (Hevea sp.) clones of different genetic origins. Twenty-four loci and 54 alleles were identified. Ten new alleles were found, two at the Est(6) and Got(3) loci and one allele at the Est(1), Acp, beta-Glu, Got(2), Lap(1), and Mdh(1) loci. The alleles encoding the Acp, beta-Glu and Lap-1 variants are species-specific for H. nitida (Acp) and H. rigidifolia (beta-Glu and Lap-1).
