摘要

Visual search for conjunction of color and 3D structure from shape was investigated by experiments of the search for a target defined by configuration of a red pattern and a green pattern. In Experiment 1, the search for patterns in the configuration of an occluder and an occluded object was more efficient than the search for patterns located side by side. In Experiment 2, the search was more efficient when two surfaces recovered from shape of patterns faced in different direction with each other than when they faced in the same direction. The analysis of search function revealed that the search for conjunction of depth from occlusion and color is efficient, but the search for conjunction of direction of surface and color is not efficient.
