摘要

A new configuration for the realization of simple single time constant (STC) circuits is presented using low voltage operational floating conveyor (OFC) as an active device. Inverting and non-inverting amplifiers are realized using single operational floating conveyor (OFC) along with grounded passive components. These inverting and non-inverting amplifiers are then used for the realization of ideal integrator and differentiator. As an application the proposed integrator is used to realize an ideal grounded inductor. The proposed (STC) circuits are realized without any matching constraints. Only grounded passive components are used, which is an attractive point in IC realization. These circuits also enjoy the attractive features, such as, low bias voltage, low component count, single resistor tunability and low sensitivity performance. The performance of the circuits was demonstrated using PSPICE at a low voltage operation of ±0.75 V.
