How to accurately develop fracturing scheme is essential for exploration and development of complex low-permeability reservoir. The purpose of this study is to develop an effective fracturing design system. The study is carried out as follows: Firstly, the actual samples include reservoir parameters, rock mechanics parameters, fracturing parameters and production parameters are collected from northwest of Junggar Basin. The sensitive parameters affecting stimulated effects are chosen. Secondly, a fracturing simulator called committee machine of fracture simulator (CMFS) is conducted based on the neural network and committee machine. Thirdly, a production simulator called committee machine of production simulator (CMPS) is established for production prediction. Finally, on the basis of CMFS and CMPS, fracturing parameters optimization and decision-making (FPOD) is proposed using adaptive genetic optimization algorithm. The all components of the FPOD system have been successfully tested. Ten new wells have been applied. The economic benefits of post-hydraulic fracture are increased significantly over previous years. This fully shows the system's effectiveness and high efficiency.
