Renal artery pseudoaneurysms are a known complication after partial nephrectomy. The endovascular management of renal artery pseudoaneurysms will be discussed. Endovascular coil embolization is a safe and effective alternative to conventional surgery, which is associated with higher morbidity and may lead to additional partial nephrectomy or total nephrectomy.
