Background and purpose: Postoperative radiotherapy (PORT) can potentially lead to radiation pneumonitis. We aim to develop a nomogram predicting the severe acute radiation pneumonitis (SARP, grade = 3) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) receiving PORT.
