Nutrien to sell ICL stake this month

Nutrien will sell all its 14pc stake in potash and fertilizer producer Israel Chemicals (ICL) in a private secondary ofer-ing on 23 January. Canada-based Nutrien, the company formed by the merger of PotashCorp and Agrium this month, expects the sale to net about $700mn. The shares cannot be ofered or sold in the US, Nutrien said.
