AN trade is steady at healthy levels. Prices in central regions of Russia were mainly in the range Rbs14,700-15,000/t cpt in late February. But farmers could achieve lower prices against a sizeable order. One agricultural holding held a tender in late February to buy 14,500t of AN, and the lowest ofer was Rbs14,244/t cpt for March/April delivery.
