摘要

Study on growth pattern of ramie in respect of plant height and basal diameter revealed that different growth characteristics viz absolute growth rate (AGR), relative increment percentage (RIP) and relative growth rate (RGR) observed to be highest atsecond cropage level during cropping seasons in both the harvesting schedule having 50,45,45,50 and 60,50,50,60 days cropage levels. Results further revealed that among the varieties, R-67-34 was found to be highest response with maximum AGR, RIP and RGRat different cropage levels followed by variety R-1449. Above all simi lar trend was observed in growth pattern in terms of growth characteristics viz AGR, RIP and RGR where growth increased at early growth stages and then obtained maximum at 30-40 daysand there after decreased.
